We really hope you like your pin. However, if you must return an item, we are here to help. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return policy is designed to be as straightforward and hassle-free as possible.

  • Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

  • Condition: Products must be unused and in their original packaging.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Process

  1. Initiate a Return: To start a return, please contact our customer service team at hello@finandpin.com with your order number and reason for the return.

  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and detailed instructions on how to return your item.

  3. Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.

Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3 days.

  • Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be granted for items that are returned in a condition different from the original, such as opened or damaged products.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will happily replace it. Please contact us at hello@finandpin.com with your order number and a photo of the defective item.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
